a_BUS SHELTER

With new technology, solar energy can be recovered through a system using photovoltaic ink. The concept is to create a sustainable, self-powered bus station that will harness energy from the sun. To do so, we propose a new technology that will enable us to create a different form for the shelter.

Original design patterns can be screen-printed onto the glass; it will harness solar energy and act as a shade structure.

How to generate clean energy?

The energy harnessed through this system will power the station (next bus sign, marketing displays, heating / cooling elements) and regenerate energy back to the grid. The concept focuses in sustainability and functionality.
